$150- 2 bedrooms/1 bath cabins

Pet friendly cabins - $10 per pet/per night. 2 pet maximum.

Cabin 8:

2 bedroom (queen, full and twin) and a twin in living room

1 bath (6 person max)

Cabin 9, 10:

1 king, 1 bath (2 person max)

Cabins 3, 4,:

1 king, 1 full in living room, 1 bath (4 person max)

Cabins 1, 2, 5, 6, 7:

2 bedroom (king and full), 1 bath (6 person max)

#5 and 6 have additional twin in living room.

GUEST INFORMATION

Check In: 3 PM (or prearranged time)
Check Out: 11 AM

After Hours Arrival: If you know you will be checking in after 7 p.m.make arrangements to proceed directly to your cabin.
Smoking: ALL cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please be courteous & use the ashtrays provided.

Barbecues: Use charcoal briquettes only.

Boat Launch: The boat launch at Rough Canyon Marina is 3 miles away. There is plenty of room at The Lodge for boat trailer parking.

Dining options: Hookers One Stop and Restaurant is 3 miles away and serves up all-american fare and the coldest beer in town. The Lodge is located 30 minutes away from the town of Del Rio, where you can find several chain stores and restaurants.

PET POLICY

1. Pets fees: $10.00 per pet/per night

2. Pets (maximum of 2 pets per unit) are allowed. All pets are guests at the discretion of Management.

3. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.

4. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please bring a pet blanket or cover.

5. For the safety of your pet and the consideration of other guests, please do not leave your pets unattended at any time.

6. It is required that your pet be leashed and under your control at all times when on Lodge property.

7. Please clean up after your pet. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for any pet accidents/damages.

8. Guest and owner walk-through will be required upon check-in and check-out.
